Chinese delegation visits Jiangsu Cultural Center

LAHORE: A 23-member delegation of the China Cultural Heritage Foundation on Friday visited the Punjab Jiangsu Cultural Center.

The Chinese delegation was received by Spokesman Punjab Government Zaeem Hussain Qadri.

Additional Secretary Information and Culture Shahid Iqbal, Director General PILAC Tahir Raza Hamdani, Captain (R) Ata Muhammad, Director Jiangsu Punjab Cultural Center Hina Pervaiz and other officials were present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, the Spokesman Punjab Government said that Pak-China Friendship was sweeter than honey and deeper than the Pacific Ocean.

He said the friendship between the two countries was to last till eternity, adding that the relations had further strengthened under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

He said China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was like a bunch of flowers, Adding that the CPEC was the best example of vast relationship between the two countries.

The head of Chinese delegation Geng Jing said China admired its lasting friendship with Pakistan, adding that Pakistani people and Punajab government had always showered love on the Chinese.

Geing Jing said cultural exchange between the two countries would continue in order to strengthen the 60 years long friendship.

Punjab Spokesperson Zaeem Hussain Qadri presented souvenirs to the delegation. APP
